EcoClean Carpet Care has been cleaning carpets at The Peninsula Resort Retirement Living since November 2008. As you can imagine, in a retirement residence with 127 suites plus all the carpeted amenity space, we call on their services on a regular basis.
Each time I have called, Bernie is very courteous and always prompt in his handling of our requirements. On occasion, when there has been a need for a second cleaning, he returns promptly and without complaint to make sure that the results are satisfactory.
Because of the nature of our business, at times it is necessary to do the cleaning in the evening hours and the moving of furniture is required. Bernie is always willing to do what it takes to make sure that we are completely happy.
I have had other carpet cleaners in the past but I now use EcoClean exclusively for my needs. I feel very confident to recommend them as I have always been very happy with their work.
